ELIGIBILITY

Confirm your team is ready

  1. Season Pass. Your team holds a valid USEL Season Pass, or is registered through a USEL Affiliate (Event Organizer or Educator tier). Don't have one? Get a Season Pass at uselyouthrobotics.com.
  2. 2026 age fit. Every team member's 2026 age falls within your chosen category's age range. Use the 2026 age check tool to verify.
  3. Category selected. Your team has chosen one WRO Open category. Category descriptions are on the event page.
  4. Coach contact ready. Coach name, email, and phone are available at registration.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to register

STEP 1

Choose your category

Select the category your team is competing in. Pricing is shown per category. One team registration per category.

STEP 2

Enter team details

Coach contact, team name, member names and dates of birth, and your USEL Season Pass email.

STEP 3

Pay and confirm

Credit or debit card, or ACH bank transfer. Your spot is confirmed once payment is processed. You'll receive a receipt by email.

Questions about registration

How is age eligibility determined?+
WRO age eligibility is based on the age each team member turns in calendar year 2026. Each WRO Open category has a defined 2026 age range. Use the age check tool above to confirm eligibility before adding a category to your cart.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
When is payment due?+
At checkout. Your spot is confirmed once payment is processed.
Can I register multiple teams under one coach email?+
Yes. Each team is registered separately by adding the relevant category to your cart and completing checkout once per team. The same coach can be associated with multiple teams.
What if I have an issue with my Season Pass?+
